Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and tags. Items showing chewing, wear, odor, damage, or alteration are not eligible unless they arrived defective.

For health and safety reasons, personalized products, final-sale items, gift cards, and opened hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless defective or required by applicable law. Product-page exceptions are disclosed before purchase.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. After review, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy at no additional cost. HONEY SNOW LLC covers return shipping when the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the package remains the customer's responsibility until received. Returns are routed to our Authorized U.S. fulfillment warehouse (exact return address provided after authorization). Do not send a return without authorization; we will provide the correct address and instructions after approving the request.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, generally within 3 business days of receipt. Banks and card issuers may require an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping charges, expedited delivery fees, duties, and return shipping are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Email support@honeysnow.net with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason, and relevant photographs. We normally respond within one business day. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
