Shipping Policy

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States and Canada. Availability may vary by product and destination. We do not ship to freight forwarders or locations restricted by carriers or applicable law.

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Preorders, personalized items, severe weather, and high-volume periods may require additional time. Any known delay will be shown on the product page or communicated by email.

Standard delivery within the contiguous United States generally takes 3 to 8 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Canada generally take 7 to 15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays may occur.

Standard shipping is free for contiguous U.S. orders of $49.00 or more. Standard shipping is $5.99 for contiguous U.S. orders under $49.00, $12.99 for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, and $14.99 for Canada. Expedited shipping, when available, is calculated at checkout. The shipping charge shown at checkout is final.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Canadian recipients are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

A shipment confirmation with tracking information is sent when the carrier accepts the package. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law when the order is delivered to the address entered at checkout.

Review your address carefully before payment. Contact support@honeysnow.net immediately if a correction is needed; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Contact us within 7 days if tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, or if the package arrives damaged.
